It's just so energising to meet passionate, driven and visionary founders!

I met Aisha Hillary-Morgan and Malini Kannan back-to-back on Friday.

One is in design and the other in tech. And here's what they have in common with founders who go on to change the world:

✅ They do what's uncomfortable and put themselves out there.
✅ They take daily action towards their goal.
✅ They manage overwhelm. They don't get overwhelmed.
✅ No excuses come in the way of their dreams. They always figure a way out.
✅ It's not that they have no fears. They keep moving despite their fears.

Meeting people like Aisha and Malini is what keeps me motivated as a coach, so thank you ladies 🤗
